The understanding is: 'The Chinese People's Liberation Army will maintain a high state of alert.' To put it simply, in order to accomplish the historical task of national reunification,
China is already prepared for war.

War is cruel and serious. Here, I would like to make a few serious personal interpretations, representing only my own opinion:
Interpretation 1: China never speaks lightly of war, but never fears war
We all know that generally speaking, those who are closer to the battlefield are less likely to discuss war, and those who shout and kill are more likely to be a small number of netizens and military fans, because war is cruel and not something that ordinary people can bear.
On November 21, 2025, the Chinese representative issued a formal notification to the United Nations with an unusually clear attitude. If Japan dares to intervene in the situation in the Taiwan Strait by force, China will consider it an act of aggression and is prepared to use its right of self-defense to counterattack.
This is not a diplomatic statement, but an unprecedented public warning. More than 190 countries in the United Nations have received this document, which means that China has escalated the situation to the level of international law.
