Indonesia mine collapse death toll rises to 17


Rescue workers have recovered three bodies from the collapsed underground room in a large American gold mine in Indonesia, the confirmed death toll of 17. Coal mine, the officials said 11 people were buried under the ruins.
Freeport Indonesia iron cap training facilities underground mine collapsed last week, when 38 safety training for workers. 10 injured miners was rescued.
Company said in a statement Monday, recovery continued day and night.
