The detailed classification of rolling bearing

1. Classified by rolling bearing structure type:

According to the different load direction or nominal contact angle, they can be classified to:

Radial bearings——Mainly used to bear radial load bearing, its nominal contact angle from 0-45;

Radial contact bearings——whose nominal contact angle is 0;

Radial angular contact bearings——whose nominal contact angle is bigger than 0-45;

Trust bearing——mainly used for axial load, the nominal contact angle is bigger than 45-90;

Axial contact bearings——the nominal contact angle is 90;

Axial angular contact bearings——the nominal contact angle of the bearing is greater than 45 but less than 90

2. Classified by the type of rolling element:

Ball bearings——the rolling part is a ball;

Roller bearings——the rolling part is a roller;

Cylindrical roller bearings——the rolling body is a cylindrical roller, the ratio of the length and diameter of the cylindrical roller is less than or equal to 3;

Needle roller bearings——the rolling body is a needle, the ratio of its length and diameter is bigger than 3, but less than or equal to 5mm;

Tapered roller bearings——the rolling element is tapered roller;

Spherical roller bearings——the rolling part is a spherical roller bearing;

3. The number of columns bearing rolling element:

Single row bearings——have one row of rolling element;

Double row bearings——have double row of rolling element;

Multi-row bearings——have more than two rows of rolling element;

4. According to whether the elements could be separated:

Separable bearings——have detachable parts;

Inalienable bearings——after the final matching ferrule there are not any free separable parts;

5. Classified by the size of bearing, especially by the size of outside diameter:

Miniature bearings——the size of nominal diameter is smaller than 26mm;

Small bearings——the size of nominal diameter ranges from 28 to 55mm;

Medium-sized bearings——the size of nominal diameter ranges from 60 to 115mm;

Medium-and-large-sized bearings——the size of nominal diameter ranges from 120 to 190mm;

Large bearings——the size of nominal diameter ranges from 200 to 430mm;

Oversize bearings——the size of nominal diameter is bigger than 440mm;
