Japan is ready to resume imports of Iran oil

Japan's Iranian oil buyers are expected to resume importing oil from the country after Japan won an exemption from the United States, Japan's Minister of Economy and Industry, Hirohiro Shigeru, said Tuesday.
Shi Genghong told reporters that when the United States granted exemptions to Japan, it took into account the impact of maintaining stable energy supply and Japanese enterprises. He also said he would continue to exchange views with the United States.
