GOP senator: IRS to pay $70M in employee bonuses


An influential Republican senator said IRS employee bonuses paid $ 70 million, despite the Obama administration directive to cancel discretionary bonus, because the automatic spending cuts.
Iowa Sen. Grassley said his office learned that the IRS is implementing a protocol, employee unions on Wednesday to pay bonuses. Grassley said that bonuses should be based on the White House budget office in April directive was canceled.
