Britain believes there will be progress in the euro negotiations.

Dominic Raab, Britain's departure minister, confidently said Tuesday that Britain's exit negotiations with the EU would make progress at next week's summit, but again asked the EU to "make concessions like Britain" on the toughest issues.
The negotiations between Britain and the United States accelerated before next Wednesday's summit and next Thursday's summit. The European Union has released a signal that its officials believe that the agreement is very clear. However, to ensure a major obstacle to the conclusion of the euro agreement, the Irish border issue has not yet been resolved.
With only six months to go before the British retreat, both sides now say they are stepping up negotiations to avoid a "no-deal" exit that could hurt the British economy. Britain is the fifth largest economy in the world.
"Next week's October meeting will certainly be an important milestone -- we expect to be able to make some progress." Labu said in the British Parliament. He was asked why he did not hint that the summit could reach an agreement.
"Negotiations are always difficult at the last stage. That's why we need to control our emotions, remain firm and focused, and I still believe we'll reach an agreement this fall.
