Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo said on Friday that Sino Japanese relations are at a "turning point in history".
On a visit to China, Shinzo Abe said at a forum that Friday was the beginning of new Sino-Japanese cooperation and that he expected new possibilities for cooperation in infrastructure, logistics, health care and finance.
